Dr. Aggrey Wunyi, Undersecretary of the Uganda Police Force, has emphasized the importance of customer care, professionalism, and responsiveness in building public trust.
He made the remarks during the conclusion of a three-day workshop for Regional Human Resource Officers, Administrators, and Staff Officers at Police Headquarters.
"Customer care, professionalism, and responsiveness are key to building trust through service excellence," Dr. Wunyi stated, highlighting the force's commitment to improving service delivery.
The workshop focused on Human Resource Management and implementing the Human Resource Management Information System.
Dr. Wunyi urged officers to prioritize these values in their interactions with the public and within the force.
